For over 100 years, the Wethersfield Cove Yacht Club has helped to make boating in the
Wethersfield Cove and on the Connecticut River safe and enjoyable for all.

The Wethersfield Cove Yacht Club was established in 1908 on the west bank of the Wethersfield Cove. We're a boating club with a century-long tradition of  resource conservation, boating education, and family recreation. Our 95 members share a passion for pleasure boating  and a deep respect and appreciation for the Cove and Connecticut  River. We take pride in being a working club wherein members perform key tasks such as clubhouse and yard maintenance and boat and dock launching and hauling.

In 2016 we expanded our docks, making thirty two slips available for our members and a thirty six foot transient dock available to visitors.

Our docks provide members safe and convenient access to the Connecticut River and beyond, and opportunity for transient boaters to enjoy visiting the Hartford area and in particular, historic Old Wethersfield.
