Yacht Club Activities
The Wethersfield Cove Yacht Club is an active boating and social club.
Our activities include a wide variety of boating events in the Wethersfield Cove, on the Connecticut River, in Long Island Sound, and beyond.
We are also an active social club, hosting several events throughout the year including our annual Commissioning Party, a Member/Guest Cookout in August, an annual Holiday Party Dinner Dance, an Open House, and many other events including a January Bonfire and Game Night, Fall Chili Cookoff, and Thanksgiving Member Dinner.
We are active in the community and are sponsors of the Wethersfield Mayor's Charity Ball, the annual Wethersfield Holidays on Main, and the Cornfest.
Our membership also runs club work parties annually, one in the spring and the other in the fall, where we haul or launch boats and docks and perform other maintenance on the clubhouse and grounds.
